     My name is Black Icer and the supreme judge and creator of The Court of Club Penguin (CCP). The CCP is made by the troops for the troops. I’ve been playing Club Penguin (CP) for almost two years and have been in and quit alot of armies. For the most part it’s fun but, I hate dealing with all the complaining and drama in the armies.The CCP’s job is to deal with the problems within the Club Penguins armies and to seattel them out in a fair way. The CCP will also deal with owning, trading, and selling servers officially. Also the CCP will be an advertising site for most of the CP armies.
